Service Description
Maintaining a thriving garden requires consistent care — even when you’re away. Our professional garden sitter service ensures your plants receive the attention they need, from watering and weeding to harvest management and pest monitoring. Each visit is tailored to the specific needs of your garden so you can return to a healthy, flourishing space.
Cancellation Policy
Booking All consultations must be booked at least 48 hours in advance through our website. A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance at the time of your consultation. Pricing is based on the size and complexity of your garden. Rescheduling & Cancellations Consultations may be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will forfeit the 25% deposit. Since consultations take place at your location, “no shows” do not apply; however, if the client is not available at the scheduled time, the visit may be considered canceled and subject to the same deposit forfeiture. Travel & Mileage A $0.70 per mile (round trip) mileage fee applies to gardens located more than 25 miles from our base location. Travel fees will be added to your final invoice. Weather Policy If severe weather or unsafe travel conditions occur, consultations may be rescheduled at the earliest available time. Professional Courtesy Your time is valuable — and so is ours. These policies help us maintain consistent, professional service for all clients while ensuring each garden receives the attention it deserves.
